Instead of saying generally ‘my pain/symptom is better’, or ‘my pain/symptom is worse’, be SPECIFIC and aware; is it better or worse INTENSITY (how intense is it), DURATION (how long is it lasting) and/or FREQUENCY (how often does it occur)???
